About The Nia Technique
The Nia Technique was the first to combine dance, martial arts, and healing arts into one fitness program. As is true for all good things in life, it could not be contained on just the dance floor and soon became more than a fitness program, it became a lifestyle program. Our belief is simple: make choices from a place of feeling good and you will change your body and life. For almost 40 decades, Nia has stood, or rather danced, behind the motto, Together, we find health through movement, and we continue to be a pioneer and influencer body-mind integrative movement.
